For decades and still today, the innocent killed due to crashes from police chases and first-responder calls are considered "accident victims" and/or "acceptable collateral damage." Families of pursuit victims quickly learn that their children, siblings, spouses, parents, and grandparents don't even count. This statement is also true about many car crash victims.

We also know there's a vast amount of technology to give us reason for more hope. But, what do we do now to save the people important to you—the people you love?
